In order to preserve meat for a long time, the three gases must be maintained in the proper ratio. The preservation effect of each gas on fresh meat is as follows: (1) Oxygen can maintain the brightness of the muscles, and the oxygen in the mixed gas can only keep the meat bright red when it is higher than 50%.
