The quality of plastic connectors produced through injection molding heavily depends on the accuracy of the mold making process for outside unscrewing mold. This mold comprises 3*1 cavities and is made with H13 mold steel, which ensures a mold life of up to 500,000 shots if properly maintianed. The surface finish of the mold is textured. To meet the hardness requirements of the product, we use PA6+30%GF material for injection molding production.
