Railway engineering : classification of admixtures There are eight types of admixtures, and their names and codes are as follows.   (1) High performance superplasticizer: early strength type high performance superplasticizer, HPWR-A; Standard high performance water reducer, HP-WR-S; Retarding type high performance water reducer, HPWR-R;   (2) High efficiency superplasticizer: standard type high efficiency superplasticizer, HwR-S; Retarding superplasticizer, HwR-R;   (3) Ordinary superplasticizer: early strength ordinary superplasticizer, WR_A; Standard type ordinary water reducer, WR-S; Retarding type ordinary water reducer, WR_R;   (4) air-entrained water-reducing agent: AEWR;   (5) Pumping agent: PA;   (6) Early strength agent: Ac;   (7) Retarding agent: Re;   (8) Air entrainment agent: AE.
