  Highly Efficient Wet Mixing Granulating Macine Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry etc to make granules.GMP design; suitable to large, medium or small batch production; screw extruding granulator is used for wet granulation, which mainly consists ofdrive motor, feeding hopper, extrusion screw and perforated plate.Wet mass is fed into the feeding hopper by gravity or screw. The extrusion screw (single ortwin screw) transport the wet mass to the extrusion zone where it is extruded through a perforated plate to produce well formed, cylindrical extrudates of a controlled diameter. The extrudates break off by their own weight or rotary cutter and are collected for the next processing step. The diameter of extrudate is adjustable by changing perforated plate.
